All cabin levels come with complimentary 24-hour room service, while the posh sky suites come with their own suite experience managers. It was a breeze to order room service (or service anywhere on board the ship, thanks to the Medallion’s location-enabled features) through the MedallionClass app, and staff were prompt and kind. Service at the bars and restaurants on the ship was wonderful, too—attentive but never hovering.
